Hand sink provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Display cases were at 1-3 deg C. Temperature log was available but missing Nov. 6 and incomplete for Nov. 7 (morning).
