*Kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection. Kitchen is rented out mainly for private events. If there are any public events to be hosted, ensure a temporary food premises application is submitted to Fraser Health 14 days in advance.

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Stand-up cooler at < or = 4C
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in a spray bottle. Verify the concentration of the bleach sanitizer using test strips and ensure it is between 100-200 ppm. Alternatively, prepare fresh sanitizer for each group that uses the kitchen.
- Microwave is clean
- Chemical storage is separate from areas of food storage
- Premise is well lit. Lights are equipped with shatterproof guards.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
