General sanitation is good. All handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. All coolers (sandwich, walk in, under-counter) < or = to 4 C. Walk-in freezer at 18 C. All food items are stored in plastic insert containers with lids, dated, and labeled. All hot holding units > or = 60 C. Three compartment sink - satisfactory. Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm concentration. Surface sanitizers available in a spray bottle at 200 ppm Quat solution in the back of the kitchen. Dry storage area - satisfactory. Dry food items stored off the floor at the time of inspection. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
