Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed three spray bottles with no label and solutions were similar in colour. This was noted on the previous inspection as well.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottle are properly labelled with their contents to prevent confusion.

Some cleaning needed at metal ducting on ceiling in kitchen to remove dust
Ensure the glasswasher is tested daily - provide front of house staff with chlorine test strips and a log book to write down results daily. Ensure the glasswasher tests at a minimum of 50ppm Cl.
Ensure employee bathroom garbage is emptied routinely
Ensure dishwasher, sanitizer dispenser and glasswasher logs are maintained routinely
Obtain Quats test strips to test sanitizer dispenser (minimum concentration: 200ppm)
Obtain a Max/Min thermometer to test dishwasher's rinse temperature - (minimum temperature 71C/160F)
Obtain chlorine test strips for glasswasher (min. 50ppm)
