Comments

Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- All coolers are less than 4°C,
- All freezers are less than -18°C,
- Hot holding units are greater than 60°C
- Temperature and sanitation logs are maintained. Ensure that temperature is checked and logged correctly
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached measured at 71.5°C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottle and at three compartment sink
- Meat slicers are maintained, sanitized every 4 hours
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- No signs of pests observed
