Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Prep table inserts were at 8C - items were used within 2 hours. Facility must use a time tracking system to determine when items were put on the line or are to be used up/discarded.
-Frosty hoppers were both less than 4C.
-Drive thru drink cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -14C.
-Hot holding units were greater than 60C.
-Beef and chicken (fried and grilled) patties were both cooked to greater than 74C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer solution was tested at 200ppm.
-Vegetable cutters were found to be clean and sanitary.
-Handwash stations easily supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails changed every hour and were tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Raw meats stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Staff washrooms clean and well supplied.
