Observation: Walk-in cooler was 7.3 C. Cooked pasta in cooler at 7.3 C and pizza toppings at 7 C.
Correction: Staff adjusted the cooler temperature at the time of inspection. Check temperature in 1 hour. All coolers must be 4 C or colder.
Adjust again or repair if necessary.
Comments

Walk-in cooler temperature at 5 C - adjust again slightly so it is able to stay at 4 C or below at all times. Check temperatures daily and record.
New sanitizer spray bottle purchased and filled with a bleach solution of 200 ppm - good.
Staff was able to describe the proper method of manual dishwashing.
Staff will be taking FOODSAFE Level 1 in the next 2 months.
