Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 19, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B4RVZB). Area was thoroughly checked for new rodent activity in this inspection. - Newly replaced high temperature NSF-certified dishwasher sanitizes at 80C at the plate at final rinse (Min: 71C) - excellent - Report was provided for pest control services conducted on Sept 24, 2018. Report indicates that 4 mechanical traps had rodent activity and that a total of 6 mice were removed. All traps were reset, new traps were added under the counter of the front service area, as well as one in the dishpit area near the dough mixer - Pest control company will come bi-monthly to conduct routine audits and reset mechanical traps as required - No rodent droppings observed, except for some recent rodent droppings observed in electrical area near the Wi-Fi router. These rodent droppings were removed with a strong bleach solution (1 part bleach, 9 parts water) at time of inspection Ensure that you continue to monitor for new rodent droppings and work with your pest control company to check all mechanical traps, monitor for any entranceways or harbourage sites, and to maintain your restaurant in a high level of sanitation.
