Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm QUATS sanitizer was measured in the labelled sanitizer spray bottle in the bakery.
Corrective Action(s): Assistant Manager refilled the spray bottle with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer from the sanitizer dispenser. Ensure the monitor the concentration of the quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer solution with QUATS test strips and maintain the concentration in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Comments

Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser of the 3-compartment sink.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and it was equipped with sink plugs.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Pest control program is in place on a monthly basis via Rentokil.
Food storage areas appeared clean and organized.

Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Assistant Manager consented to receive this inspection report via email.
