Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found teriyaki, mayonaise and prepared vegetables sitting at room temperature as walk in cooler not working
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are kept below 4 C.
2. Discard teriyaki and vegetables, and place newly opened mayo into working cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found warmed teriyaki sauce to be at 47 C, needs to be kept above 60 C after reheating.
Corrective Action(s): Discard sauce as over 2 hours. Prepare new sauce and keep above 60C at all times.

Observation: 1. Found ice machine to have mould build up inside.
2. Also found preparation utensil put away with food debris still on them.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure ice machine is washed and sanitized inside.
2. Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed and sanizited so that all food debris has been removed.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure to cover all containers when not in use to prevent food from being contaminated.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was open upon arrival.
Corrective Action(s): Back door needs to remain closed at all times to prevent entrance of pests. If wish to open for air floor, need to install screen door.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Food debris and grease noted on floor in hard to reach areas under, walls behind and ventilation hood above cooking equipment and dishwashing area, as well as under and on shelves.
2. Ventilation hood service label shows cleaning is well past due june 2021.
Corrective Action(s): 1.A deep and thorough cleaning is required throughout the premises in all hard to reach areas including but not limited to the floors, walls, shelving and ventilation hood.
2. Have ventliation hood serviced as soon as possible.

2.Remove all newspaper, cardboard and tinfoil lining shelves or counters.
3.Increase cleaning of these areas if needed.

Observation: Walk-in cooler was not working at time of inspection part is on order, a few potentially hazardous foods were left inside at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure not to use the walk-in cooler until it is repaired and capable of maintain 4 C or colder at all times.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
