Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all areas of the floor are cleaned weekly, including underneath shelves. Correct within one week. Violation Score: 3 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19] Observation: Inside of walk in cooler door is starting to peel - there is exposed wood and some mould growth. Additionally, sections of the door seal are missing. Corrective Action(s): Clean inside of walk in cooler door and reseal, as well as complete door seal. Clean door within one week. Reseal door and replace seal within six months. Violation Score: 3 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27] Observation: Two bleach spray bottles unlabelled.
