Observation: 1) One open bag of flour in dry storage area.
2) Three cans of beans with pork in tomato sauce stored on the ground by shelving unit.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Place or transfer the contents of all opened bags of dry goods into pest proof containers to avoid attracting pests.
2) Reorganize this shelving unit so that all food items are at least 15cm off the ground.

Note: Kitchen was not in use at the time, cook was not on site. Facility has not been serving food from the serving window, only dinner is cooked and served from the kitchen. Breakfast and lunch are served on carts, residents come pick up from office.

> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature 75.9C as per max/min thermometer. Verified with thermolabel.
> Handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
**Ensure all handsinks are accessible at all times. No obstructions i.e. no storing items in or on the sinks
> Household bleach available on site for sanitizer solution.
**Ensure solution is 100-200ppm (2mL bleach with 1L water)
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
