Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and QUAT dispensers measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Display coolers, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Meat bandsaw and cutting board observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure all invoices of products purchased are readily available for inspector to validate approved source.

Initial Inspection will be conducted at a later date for approval of cooking chicken. Facility at this time is not permitted to cook meats. Only cut and wrap of raw/frozen meat permitted at this time.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
