Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-No self-bottling allowed. Bottles are washed using ozonated water and pre-rinsed before each refill. Good.
-Dispenser nozzles are washed/sanitized by soaking in H202 for 2-5 seconds.
-Water filters and UV light replaced on a regular basis. Maintenance log kept on site. Good.
-Bleach available on site for general cleaning.
-No change in treatment system. Carbon filter, Reverse Osmosis, UV treatment before stored in holding tanks.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. No leak, pooling of water observed.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility good.

NOTE: Ensure to have the water tested on a regular basis (i.e. x1/year). Keep the test results on site for review.
