Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in fruit processing room was missing liquid soap and paper towels.

- Hand sink in back bulk area was properly supplied
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles and from dispensers throughout store
- Dishwasher in back bulk area reached 77C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good.
- Bulk display areas were maintained in excellent sanitary condition
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Pest control in place, two visits per month
