Observation: A bucket of liquid was found below the plumbing fixture under the handwashing sink. Operator mentioned that the cold water line was added to the draining pipe underneath the hand sink (because dishwasher waste water was too hot it could melt the pipe). They are looking to replace the dishwasher within 3 months where the waste water line from dishwasher would be tempered by the new cold water line which prevents water from being too hot to go down the plumbing waste lines. They recently had the plumbing fixture repaired to prevent the leak, but it would leak again over time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that when dishwasher is replaced that plumbing lines are no longer leaking. In the meantime, discard the water at the end of the day. (operator discarded water when notified)

General Comments:
-High temperature dishwasher at 71.3C
-Hand-sink had hot and cold running water, fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
-Temperatures:

Domestic fridge at 4C (bottom) and -14C (top)
Domestic fridge 6C (bottom) and -18C (top) (temperature log indicated that the bottom fridge was 5C for the last few days of the week- however only whole produce were found in this fridge, to keep temperatures low, ensure not to overstock the fridge)

-No evidence of pests (contract with Orkin for pest control services every 2 weeks)
-General sanitation was satisfactory
-Dry goods bins appeared cleaned.
-No evidence of pests at time of inspection
