Discussed following:
- ensuring the chlorine concentration is maintained at 100ppm.
- using spray bottles for the chlorine sanitizer as well as the buckets
- ensuring proper drainage of the handwashing station.
*Taking apart the meat slice to clean and sanitize the food contact surfaces.
