- Handwash stations (prep. area and dishwashing area) supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel.
- Walk-in cooler and upright storage cooler measured at less than 4C.
- Walk-in freezer at -19.0C.
- Chest freezer at -24.0C.
- Accurate thermometers are available for all cold units.
- Hot holding unit (table) - was empty at the time of inspection.
- Food stored safely at the time of inspection (off the floor & covered).
- Dry storage - well organized.
- Utensils and equipment are stored in a sanitary manner.
- Ice-maker - clean. An ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
- Dishwasher is measured at 75.6C during final rinse at dish level.
