- Handsink is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT residual detected in the dispenser but not enough concentration was detected from the sanitizer bottle being used. Ensure to refill the sanitizer daily as the chemical dissipates over time.
- Fridge measured 4C and is equipped with a thermometer
- Freezer measured <-18C
- Only uses a blender for protein shakes which are served in single use cups
- Discussed manual dishwashing protocol with the staff on site (Wash with detergent & warm water->rinse->sanitize with 100-200ppm chorine for 2 minutes-> air dry)
*For sanitizing, fill up the compartment with water & use bleach (1teaspoon of bleach per 1L water)
- Reusuable cups are for staff only. Please re-locate them to the back area.
