- Handsink accessible and supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels. - Upright Double Cooler: 3C - Upright Single Cooler: 4C - Upright Single Freezer: -16C (food maintained in a frozen state) - Coolers and freezers have thermometers to facilitate temperature monitoring. **Daily temperature monitoring record for coolers and freezer has not been maintained since March 9. Ensure that daily temperature monitoring record is maintained per your Food Safety Plan.** - Food storage practices appear satisfactory - storage is organized and food is protected from contamination. - 200 ppm chlorine bleach solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. - High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 71.3C at dish surface.
