Observation: Handwash station near cookline has no liquid soap and dispenser unit has been removed.
Corrective Action(s): Provide liquid soap at the hand wash station and ensure that the dispenser for liquid soap is installed back in place. Until the dispenser is installed, get a small pump dispenser bottle at the handsink.
All designated handwash stations in the premises must be available for staff at all times

Comments

- Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash station in the back area and in staff washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in cooler, two upright storage coolers, sandwich prep cooler, front display (salads) cooler are maintained at less than 4C. Accurate thermometers are available
- Walk-in freezer is measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding units for soups and steam tables are measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C during final rinse at dishsurface
- Quats sanitizer solution is available in labelled bucket and spray bottles, concentration is measured at 200ppm quats solution. Test strips are available.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection. Pest control company reports are available.
- Foodsafe level 1 equivalent training is verified (AdvancesFST, expiry 2024-10-06)
- General sanitation is excellent
