Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperature within requirement - few warmers not on at this time.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers available in each unit.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles for disinfection of surfaces.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Equipment/tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-Food storage room/back equipment room satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Good food storage practice observed.
