Routine inspection - Hand washing sinks maintained. - All coolers measured at or below 4C. Blast freezer measured at -18 or colder. 3-door upright freezer measured at -18C or colder. Ice cream chest freezer measured at -18C or colder. - Ice maker observed clean and well maintained. Ice scoop is to be stored outside the ice bucket and in a clean container. - General sanitation is excellent. New ice cream maker is placed at the back room. Please ensure to update your food safety plan and sanitation plan regarding new procedures. Ice cream maker Sanitizer was discussed - 3-Comp sink maintained. QUAT 200-400 ppm available in sani buckets and wiping cloths stored in the solution. - No sign of pest activity noted at this date. No issues noted at this date
