Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer pail in the front was less than 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure sanitizer solution is flowing properly before sanitizer pails are filled. Sanitizer pail was refilled at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 4, 2020.
-Facility is still under the same ownership - facility will change to a new ownership structure in the future. Contact the Health Department prior to the ownership change to receive a new permit and Health Approval to operate.
-Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene/glove use at the time of inspection.
-Foods were stored in a sanitary manner.
-Emailed information regarding the COVID-19 safety plan.
-If facility is opening dine-in option, a washroom must be provided for customers to use.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
