Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Hand sink at the entrance of the cook line was full of pans at time of inspection
2. Sink at the end of the cook line had no hot water.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure hand sinks remain clear of dishes, pans and utensils.
2. Staff are to use working hand sink until hot water has been repaired.

Observation: Grease and food build up noted under, between and behind all cooking equipment, and coolers along the cook line.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Increase cleaning of hard to reach areas along the cook line (i.e. under, behind and between the equipment).
2. Find source of the excessive oil underneath the grill that is coming out on the take out/car hop side.

Observation: 1. Faucet at the hand sink at the beginning of the cook line is loose, and needs to be turned to turn off.
2. Spray nozzle at dishwashing area is leaking
Corrective Action(s): Repair company has been called. Ensure repairs are done in a timely manner to ensure proper hand washing can be done, and there isn't pooling water attracting pests.

- Hand sinks had a liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water (except previously mentioned).
- A few flies were sighted around back grease trap. .
