Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels. Food protected from contamination. Chemical products and cleaners stored in dedicated shelving. Dessert freezers at -18C and below 3 coolers at 4C and below. Milk. Back storage satisfactory. Note: Slurpy machine not in use during winter and awaiting new supplies. ***Ensure unit is fully cleaned and sanitized before restocking and dispensing food. Recommendation: The unit can be in direct sunlight during certain parts of the day. Ensure food is not in direct sunlight to prevent spoilage and bacteria growth.
