Honey, cookies/treats, salad dressing, etc. (all products sold to public) required LABELS, which include at a minimum: 1. Product name 2. Product ingredients 3. Where produced 4. Storage instructions. Refer to CFIA labelling guidelines for more information.
Scoops at bulk bins must be washed and sanitized daily. Inside bins should be washed and sanitized at least monthly

General Observations
Quats sanitizer at 200 ppm
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
2 compartment sink used for washing and sanitizing equipment. Staff explained process.
Coolers operating at </=4 C
Freezers operating at </= -18C
No hot-holding observed
General sanitation is adequate. Some minor build-up at floor edges, underneath shelving.
No signs of pests observed. Conduct own pest control. *One possible pest-entry point of note is back rolling door. Mice can enter gaps the size of a dime.
