Observation: Two-door under counter cooler measured at 6 to 7 degrees C at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure above-noted cooler is capable of maintaining potentially hazardous food at 4 degrees C or less in order to effectively limit the growth of potential pathogens. Have cooler temperature adjusted or have cooler serviced as necessary. Do not store potentially hazardous food in above-noted cooler until it can maintain 4 degrees C or less. Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more.

Packaged dry food storage area is clean and organized.
Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
Three compartment sink available for manual ware washing is supplied with hot and cold running water.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispensing unit (at three compartment sink), in buckets with wiping cloths, and in labeled spray bottle.
Equipment and utensils are stored in sanitary condition.
General sanitation excellent. No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
Temperature and sanitation logs maintained.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection (FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate for manager on site is valid to June 9, 2024).
