2-door cooler: 2.2oC Temperature log is maintained General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pests at time of visit Foods are stored in an organized manner Note: Cup noodles noted on storage shelves. Staff indicated cup noodles are new items from last inspection. Facility currently has no valid health permit. Operator has two options: 1) If staff pours hot water in cup noodle for customer and serve -->health permit is required; 2) If operator sets up a table at the front and customer pours hot water on their own --> no health permit is required. Until operator sends an email to me for their decision, do not offer cup noodles to customers.
