- Handwashing station in the kitchen area and by drive through window fully equipped.
>>> Handwashing station by the drink making area missing paper towel and the hot water faucet is broken.
>>> Please ensure ALL handwashing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towel at all times.
- All cooler, except drink dispensing cooler, measure 4C or below
>>> Drink dispensing cooler measure 7C ambient temperature. Since these bagged drinks are used quickly (within 4hours), no immediate concerns. However, please monitor cooler and have a technician service cooler if the temperature do not drop back down to 4C and below.
- All freezer measure -18C or below
- All hot holding measure 60C or above, and time tracked.
- All cooler/freezer and food cooking temperatures, checked and logged digitally
- QUAT sanitizer at dispenser measure 200-400ppm, at spray bottle measure 200ppm.
>>> Only 1 spray bottle is noted. Please ensure there are multiple spray bottles
>>> Please ensure QUAT sanitizer is being used to sanitize dinning room tables.
- Low temperature dishwasher measure 50ppm chlorine at final rinse at plate level
