Relocate the labelling machine into the re-packing room. Reminder to close all bay doors after receiving, unloading, or loading for deliveries. Walk in cooler at 1 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored. Walk in freezer at -21 degrees C. All food products stored on shelves or pallets.
