Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle had chlorine levels that far exceeded 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): New sanitizer was made, 1/2 tsp chlorine bleach to 1 litre water (i.e. half a cap bleach fill with water)
Correct to 200 ppm chlorine.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 77 C at the plate
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- general sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection.
NOTE: cooler downstairs is leaking, work order has been put in for repair
