Follow-up inspection -Fly trap has been cleaned. Improvement has been made however there are still some flies noted in dining area. Operator stated pest control company will be coming again for a service for flies. Please provide inspector with records of this service. -Undecounter cooler at 6 C - adjust cooler temperature so that it is well below 4 C to allow for some fluctuations (cooler door constantly opening).
