Initial Inspection Conducted.
- General sanitation is good.
- All handwashing stations stocked with hot / cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (prep, walk in upright) < or = 4C.
- All freezers (upright) < or = -18C.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer at 47.5C at the plates level.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 200 ppm Quat.
- Two compartment dishwasher available for manual dishwashing of large pots and pans. Sanitizer at 200 ppm Quat.
- Dry storage is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Items to be submitted or corrected:
- Food Safety Plan must be submitted by November 20th, 2017.
- Provide thermometers in all coolers and freezers.
- Begin a daily temperature log.
- Obtain chlorine and Quat test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
- Replace broken tiles in one month.
- Certificate of Incorporation by November 20th, 2017.

Permit fee of $104.17 (Nov - Mar, >50 seats) collected at the time of the inspection. (Royal Bank of Canada 998062).
