-Walk-in freezer has been repaired. Manager reported compressor was replaced. Repair was completed this morning. Unit is still cooling. Temperature on external gauge was -6C. Temperature inside unit was 2C. Manager is monitoring temperature via external gauge and thermometer inside unit. Do not transfer food to unit until it is capable of maintaining food at a frozen state. Temperature of unit should be -18C. Manager reported food delivery arrives tomorrow which will allow unit to reach frozen temperature. Ongoing temperature monitoring of all cooler and freezer units is critical to ensure food is being held at correct temperatures and action is taken when temperature requirements are not met.
