-Appetizer cooler unit has been fixed and is at 4 deg. C -Operator has advised that red quat containers are on order to store wiping cloths in sanitizer. Alternate containers or single use paper towel to be used until red containers arrive. -Operator has consulted pest control service, for fruit fly issue. Copy of most recent report received - no major concerns noted. -Single use aluminum trays are no longer being reused.
