Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # MLUO-CSAPN3 of May-29-2023 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: No hot water available in the facility. Construction around the premises for land scaping. Person in charge said that the pipe was fixed but some thing happened and they lost hot water again over the weekend. Correction: Repair pipe so that hot water can be made available to the facility. Hot water is required for preparing food, washing and sanitary maintenance.

Notification in the morning that hot water tank has been installed site visit in the afternoon: checked hot water in the kitchen sink and washroom sink - hot water now available code 308 corrected - dishwasher now in good working order (as there is now hot water) - high temp dishwasher final rinse at surface reached 76.4 deg C (checked with probed thermometer) Note: kitchen staff can now start preparing food for the residents Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
