Follow up from last inspection: No flies noted in kitchen area. Fly strips have been changed at all stations. Facility waiting for pest control inspection tomorrow. Please ensure to provide a copy to Public Health Office, EHO email. Focus on keeping areas behind counters, 3 comp sink and brew bar area clean, dry and free of food debris. Keep up the good work and monitoring.
