Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Tongs for packing cooked chicken into food packaging are only washed at the end of the day as per staff.
2) Wiping cloths stored damp on the counter. No chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s):
1) In use utensils must be properly washed, cleaned and sanitized every four hours.
2) Wiping cloths must be stored directly in sanitizer.

General
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- handwashing station clear of debris - good
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in sanibucket and sanitize compartment of three compartment sink
- rice cooker in back is only for staff
- staff claimed to have FOODSAFE certification, but did not have certificate at time of inspection

Temperatures:
- pop cooler: 3C
- counter top cooler: 4C
- chicken under counter cooler: 2-3C throughout
- fridge/freezer (chicken/fries): 4C/-17C
- kim chi fridge - not on at time of inspection and not in use
- chest freezer (fries): -22C
- fridge/freezer (radishes/fries): 4C/-19C
- fridge/freezer (chicken/staff ice cream): 4C/-20C - no food for public consumption stored in freezer section

- staff counter top fridge measured 10C - this must not be used to store any food meant for public consumption. At time of inspection only bottled drinks, salad dressing and rice cake stored inside.
