Introduction

This is a follow-up inspection completed with the Manager and Residential Care Coordinator (R.C.C.) to the routine inspection report # CRAU - AW8TQ9 (completed on February 22, 2018).

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #CRAU - AW8TQ9 have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

All items needing to be addressed from the routine inspection report appear to have been addressed. The writer discussed nutrition audits with the Dietitian for the site and this is a work in-progress. For example the nutrition care plan audit was seen by the writer. Please note there is a Dietitian Committee for the owned and operated sites under the Hospital Act who are working on the nutrition audits. Thank you to all the staff at Czorny Alzheimer Centre for all the work done to date to address the items from the routine inspection report.
