All infractions have been corrected:

-self-closing mechanisms installed on washroom and back screen door
-FRP Wall Panels installed on kitchen walls
-vacuum breaker installed at hose bib at sushi sink
-Employee washroom converted to dry storage room -toilet and handsink have been removed
-no saran wrap covering work surfaces
-no paper based shelf/floor liners observed -a plastic floor mat placed in the back area
