The premises is not maintained in a sanitary condition. Correction: Clean floors and shelving regularly. Scrub all corners, hard-to-reach areas under and behind equipment. Clean more regurlarly. Corrected violations: - Bleach available in sprayer bottles, they are labelled. Concentration was 100ppm of chlorine. - Missing light cover in dishwasher area was replaced. - Walk in cooler door handle was only partially fixed * require a push handle from cooler interior to safely exit + not become locked inside. Also requires a new seal.
