Observation: Beer (kegs) cooler at 23.9 C at the time of inspection. Operator on site claimed that the cooler has been turned off last night because it was that cold that freeze beer.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately turn on the beer cooler. Service must be conducted. The cooler has been turned on at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer is unavailable.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Provide sanitizer (Quat at 200 ppm or/and Bleach solution at 100 ppm).

Observation: - Single use small plastic container in a sauce.
- Fish containers are not covered and double-stack in the upright cooler.
- News paper used to cover prep. table front of the cooking line.
- Bag of onion and flour stored on the floor neat back door.
- Multiple food items are not covered in prep.coolers and the upright one.
- Black mold in the ice-maker.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove container from the sauce. (Immediately). Proper utensils must be used for food dispensing food.
Note: Corrected at the time of inspection.
-Do not double stack container if it is uncovered.
- Remove news paper from the prep. table (Immediately). News paper is not intended to be for it.
- All food must be stored off the floor all the time. (Today).
-All food must be properly covered.
- Clean the ice-maker (empty it prior cleaning).

Note: Accumulation of grease and dust on/in the fan hood - clean it.(The label indicated that next service on Sep. 2022 but it is better to do it right now.)

Prep. coolers front of the cooking line at 2.2 C (bottom) and 4.0 deg C (top).
Upright cooler at 4.0 C.
