Comments

-Dairy walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Produce walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Customer area coolers were at 4C or less. Cut fruits were stored at 4C.
-Customer area freezer units ranged from -12C to less than -18C.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser in the produce area at 200ppm.
-Handwash station in the produce area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Random selection of canned food items were found to be within their best before dates.
*A few dented cans were removed from the shelving area. Ensure dented cans are not stocked on the shelves and if dented cans are found on the shelves, ensure they are removed from sale. The safety of dented cans cannot be guaranteed.
-Bulk foods properly protected from contamination and separate scoops available for each item.
-Random selection of infant and baby foods were found to be in good condition and within the expiry dates.
-Random selection of nutritional supplements were found to be in good condition and within the expire dates.
-Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator - no signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
