Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of the store manager, Deli department manager and Food safety specialist. - No recent rodent activity observed during inspection. - Hot temperature Dishwasher replaced. The temperature reached 72.6C on the dish level at the final rinse cycle. - Drain in the walk in cooler cleaned and no food debris built up. - The floor, the wall and the equipment in the deep fryer area were in sanitary condition.
