Facility is for dry and cold storage of pre-packaged food only. No processing or repackaging occurs on site. Routine: > Walk-in cooler: 2C > Temperature logs are maintained and updated twice a day. > No signs of pests at time of inspection. > Facility does not have a professional pest control contract in place. Should there be signs of pests, a pest control contract must be considered. > General sanitation is excellent. > All stored items are protected from contamination - covered and stored off the floor on pallets. Note: some parts of the door curtain to the walk-in cooler are currently being held together by clear tape. Monitor the condition of the curtain and replace as needed.
