A follow-up inspection was completed: - Cleaning and sanitizing of the floors, lower shelves, exterior surfaces of food containers, and legs of equipment and tables has been completed. - The sewer back-up was resolved. There was a blockage in the pipe leading to the grease interceptor. - The high temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 75.1C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. - All violations have been corrected. - Operator agreed to have report emailed to them.
