3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer noted at 200ppm. Manual warewashing procedures reviewed with operator. Procedures were satisfactory. Coolers (2 walk-in, 2 display, prep cooler - upper and lower, drinks, cheese display) noted at 4C or below. Freezers (2 standing, chest unit, under counter) noted at -18C or below. Meat slicer noted in sanitary condition. Operator cleans and sanitizes unit every 2 hours and at the end of day. QUATs sanitizer noted at 200ppm. Handwashing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
