Observation: Sandwich prep cooler was at 8 deg C. Manager was aware of the issue and had already placed a work order for it to be replaced the previous day. At time of inspection, all foods in inserts were stored in an ice water bath mixture.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooler is repaired and at 4 deg C or less. Foods stored in this cooler must be kept in ice water bath for a maximum of 4 hours.

-Alll handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
-Walk-in cooler is at 2.1 deg C
-Walk in freezer at -15.1 deg C
-Other than above mentioned sandwich prep cooler, all other coolers are at 4 deg C or less
-Foods in coolers/freezers covered
-All hot holding units are at or above 60 deg C
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 75 deg C at the plate level after the final rinse cycle.
-QUATS sanitizer dispenser at 3 comp sink and in rag buckets at 200 ppm QUATS
-Permit posted by staff entrance gate with valid decal
-FoodSafe certified staff on site
-General sanitation is satisfactory
