Observation: Kitchen had a carpet lining the entry way.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Kitchen sliding door cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler by the front was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -22C.
-Cooked food items rapid cooled. Fried foods made this morning were at 4C. Foods are rapidly cooled in the freezer for approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to placing in the cooler.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe signs of pests in the tin cat monitoring stations at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 28, 2023. Prior to July 28, 2023, operator may complete the FOODSAFE Refresher course online.
